About
The Aware Sand
"The Aware Sand" is a personal space where I explore how systems evolve into intelligence — from human-built platforms to AI-driven systems.
It reflects a simple idea: we came from sand, and now we are building it to think.
Who I Am
I am a DevOps Engineer working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and emerging AI systems. Over the past 6+ years, I’ve built and operated scalable platforms across complex microservice environments — focusing on reliability, deployment speed, and system visibility.
More recently, my focus has shifted toward Agentic AI systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP), where I explore how AI interacts with production systems — safely, reliably, and with proper guardrails.
What I Do
My work focuses on reducing operational friction and improving system resilience. I design and implement deployment strategies like blue-green releases, build internal platforms for observability and environment visibility, and help teams ship to production with confidence.
At a deeper level, I care about how systems behave under real-world conditions — and how we can make them safer, faster, and easier to operate.
- ☁️ Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, container orchestration, and scalable system design
- ⚙️ Platform Engineering: CI/CD automation, deployment strategies, and developer platforms
- 🤖 Agentic AI: Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI guardrails, and safe system integration
- 🔍 Observability: Dashboards, metrics, and production visibility systems
My Interests
I’m particularly interested in the convergence of platform engineering and AI — especially how intelligent systems are built, deployed, and controlled at scale. This intersection is where traditional engineering meets emerging intelligence, and it’s where I’m focusing most of my work going forward.
